Enjoy a Kinpaku Decorating Experience at A Kinpaku Company Owned Shop!
With a 98-percent share of the market, Kanazawa is the most well-known gold-leaf city in Japan. Kanazawa Bikazari Asano in the Higashi Chayagai district is a shop collecting crafted specialties made exclusively in Ishikawa. This shop is run by the kinpaku company, Hakuichi Inc. As a result they offer you an opportunity to have a fun kinpaku experience in an upstairs space. Just stop by to check the availability for booking!

Make your Own Miso for Soup by mixing ingredients at a Long-Established Factory!
Yamato Soysauce & Miso Co., Ltd was established in 1911. Their factory built more than a hundred years ago is still beautifully intact near the Kanazawa port. Make your own miso by selecting three different kinds of dried ingredients! All the ingredients go well with their six-month-aged miso! You can take your miso balls back home to make your own original miso soup with only boiling water.
